These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gtc99 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services. gtc99 is an online gaming destination serving players across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, and beyond.

• You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.

• You must not hold more than one active account on the gtc99 platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.

gtc99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity verification at any time. Accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements may be suspended or permanently closed, and any associated funds may be subject to forfeiture.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on gtc99. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of winnings.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it.

• Use a strong, unique password of at least 8 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not use the same password as any other website or service.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

gtc99 applies a robust KYC process in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. Before processing withdrawals, we may require you to submit valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

gtc99 facilitates deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. We support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

Deposit Rules

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are not proceeds of crime. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• gtc99 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours. In some cases, additional processing time of up to 72 hours may be required for security review.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following standard conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (as stated in each offer) before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC clearance.
• Bets placed on certain games (e.g. low-RTP games or specific live casino tables) may contribute less than 100% toward meeting wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, gtc99 reserves the right to void associated winnings, forfeit bonus balances, and permanently close the offending account without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gtc99 and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Money laundering or any attempt to use gtc99 to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activities.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or otherwise interact with the platform without genuine human engagement.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with gtc99 support.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical fault are void and will be reclaimed.

gtc99 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in investigating suspected illegal activity. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned from the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

gtc99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gtc99 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
